Beethoven owned a Brodmann Piano
BRODMANN HISTORY
In the early 1800's Joseph Brodmann created pianos that would meet the standard for great musicians and piano builders alike. One of the world's most ingenious composers, Ludwig Van Beethoven, owned a Brodmann Piano. In addition to creating instruments to inspire musicians, Joseph Brodmann gave quality to the piano industry by apprenticing at his workshop Ignaz Bosendorfer, who in 1828 took over the Brodmann piano workshops where he started the creation of another world famous piano, Bosendorfer.
